This questionnaire was prepared as part of the C2IMPRESS project, which aims at strengthening the understanding and awareness towards disaster risk management linked to climate change on a given territory.
One of the actions of the C2IMPRESS project is to develop a collaborative and co-creative approach between public, private and civil society stakeholders of a territory.
This questionnaire is intended for use with stakeholders from the public, private and civil society sectors. The objectives of the interview are as follows:

​1. Gather general information on stakeholder

​2. Understand their current and potential role in disaster management

​3. Understand their needs / restrictions towards disaster management

​4. Understand their interactions with other stakeholders

​5. Gather co-creation and co-design ideas from stakeholders

What is C2IMPRESS?
The C2IMPRESS project is a 3-year project funded by the European Commission. It is one of the many projects funded by the Horizon-Europe framework program, which supports innovative research projects all over Europe. Carried by sixteen partners from different backgrounds who collaborate (scientists, meteorologists, hydro-geometricians, sociologists, programmers, etc.), the C2IMPRESS project aims to improve the understanding and awareness of natural disasters (mainly floods and forest fires) and the multidimensional impacts they generate on a territory. During three years, these sixteen partners will co-design solutions that are adapted to each territory and test them on four pilot sites in Europe: Spain, Portugal, Turkey ... and Greece, in Egaleo. This district of Athens will be the first pilot site where the solutions will be tested, experimented and validated.
 
What is the PPCP approach?
One of the sub-objectives of the C2IMPRESS project is to design a method that promotes the participation of public, private, civil society stakeholders and citizens in the debate around resilience to natural disasters. The method, called PPCP approach (Public-Private-Civil Partnership) aims to:

• Bring together stakeholders with different values and objectives around a common cause (building resilience towards disasters);
• Make them work together to co-design solutions with simple participative and creative tools and methods, inspired by methods such as Design Thinking and Living Labs;
• Network all these stakeholders and develop the collective intelligence of these groups on their territory.
